Company Overview
Country Manufacturing was started in 1978 by Joe Chattin for
the purpose of producing a garden tractor size manure spreader
for the equine market. As time progressed, other products for
the horse and garden industries evolved. Today the company caters
not only to the small gentleman farmers, but also large equine
facilities and commercial businesses.
Our business is geographically located in Fredericktown, Ohio.
This central Ohio location is a rural community with excellent
work ethic and family values. Our small factory engineers and
produces 85% of the goods that we sell. The Chattin family, Joe
- founder, Gay - wife and advertising, Cami - daughter and sales
and Chad - son, production and purchasing, all contribute to
the manufacturing efforts. The remaining employees are all long-term
loyal workers dedicated to producing tough and dependable products.
Terms of Sale
All orders must be prepaid. Sorry, no CODs. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Check, or money order. Normal production time
is 7-10 business days. Depending on your location, please allow
3-5 days in transit. Credit card orders may be phoned in at 1-800-335-1880
or (740) 694-9926. Standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday
8 am - 5 pm eastern time. OHIO Residents will be charged the

Delivery Information
Catalog prices include shipping charges within 48 states. Our
merchandise is shipped via UPS or commercial semi-truck. Tractor
accessories are shipped in knocked down form. Some assembly is
required. UPS delivery may be routed to a commercial or residential
address. Semi-truck delivery must be directed to a business address
or you may opt to pick up at the nearest freight terminal. Please
include a daytime phone number for contact by commercial carriers.
International/Canadian Customers
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. funds.
All freights charges are collect. Please call for freight quotes.
Our Warranty
Country Manufacturing, Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair
without charge to the original purchases, any part or parts manufactured
by it and found, upon examination, to be DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL
AND/OR WORKMANSHIP if received for such examination within 90
days from date of original purchase.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect are conditions
under which warranty cannot be claimed. Nor will warranty apply
to damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's
instruction for operation and maintenance nor from the improper
selection of a particular application.
All transportation charges on, and damage and loss incurred
in connection with the transportation of parts submitted for
replacement or repair under this WARRANTY shall be borne by the
purchaser.
No other warranties, guarantees, or liabilities, either implied
or expressed, will be the responsibility of Country Manufacturing,
Inc. NOTE: Rubber stall mats have an extended warranty for normal
wear and tear covered by the original manufacture.
