very pleased with my purchase. The shipping was great, very affordable and dropped right at my house. I was a little concerned with assembly, but I with 1 other person had the trailer put together in about 2 hours. The trailer is so far working great, hauling firewood with it. I have been pleased with it towing and carrying a load.
2 areas of concerns.
1) the side boards are not real sturdy. I will probably purchase the racks.
2) the dump bed. I ordered the upgraded dump system with the 3000pound wench. The bed has to be almost completely empty in order for it to lift and dump. That is a big disappointment. It doesn't come close to dumping what the cart is rate for. (Update, the battery used did not have enough capacity for the winch. A new battery solved the problem)
Overall though, I like the cart and 2 weeks in it appears to be a good purchase..

The only confusion was with the shipping company who stated their truck had a lift gate to put the pallet on the ground, which was not the case. It all worked out, however. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a sturdy wagon to pull behind a 4-wheeler. Body:I'm definately not a handyman but the zero turn snow plow was pretty easy to assemble even for me. The only part that was hard was the spring assembly you definately need two people to do that part. The metal is all thick heavy duty steel should hold up good as long as your not doing real deep snow. We've not had any snow yet so can not speak on how it works yet. I'm happy with buying this snow plow for my Troy Mustang Zero Turn.

Body:In the past several months I have purchased items to erect two stalls in my stable. The ease of ordering was great. The delivery charges were low considering the weight of the items and the delivery time was excellent. 2-3 days each order. I was able to order piece by piece as my process for building has been slow.
Several observations:
The description of grid panels was misleading. I expected the panels to be complete panels I would attach to the stall walls. Instead they are put together.
The 'self tacking" screws they rely on for attaching everything together are way too short for the door wood to be attached to the metal brackets. You need longer screws to secure they hold. Esp,. on the lowest piece of wood.
Most importantly, the rails and rollers for the doors are a joke. I break my back and scare the horses every time I try to open one fo their sliding doors. I have tried about everything I can to make them roll easily but they will not. I have talked with the company twice to no avail. I will most likely have to buy a different rail and roller system from a farm store.

Body:Product arrived on schedule, but the paint was damaged on several pieces. I called and was told that happens sometimes if the shipper is rough with it. No mention of any course of resolution.
Before I bought I called and told them what kind of zero turn I had-a 54 inch walk behind bobcat hydro. I was told it would fit, so I bought it. Well, there was no way the mount would fit so I called back. Turns out when they actually looked it up, it wont fit out of the box. I need to add a cross bar between the spindles. Its a good thing that I actually know how to weld and had pieces of steel that will work.
In addition, the directions to assemble the unit are non-existent so placement of washers is based on experience.
Overall the build quality is decent, but there was slag in some holes that I had to remove from inside some holes for the brackets and was told that wasnt unexpected.
Will still buy from them again, but with eyes wide open next time.

Body:The dethatcher seams like a great product though haven't had a chance to use. Very heavy duty. Not to difficult to put together as long as you lay everything out and follow the instructions. SUPER FAST shipping. GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service and communication. The only reasons I gave it a 4 is because when I received it, the boxes were damaged (most likely due to shipping)and the dethacher had a few scratches on it witch I don't mind. I will be putting many more scratches on it I'm sure. Also, One of the tines was in the way for mounting the tine assembly to the main bar so I had to loosen the tine and put the bolt in backwards to make it work and then put the tine back on, on a slight angle. All and all though, especially for the price, I believe this product is going to hold up and do a great job dethatching for many years to come.

The only email I received after purchasing the product online was a receipt from paypal. I did not receive any email from CMI directly to confirm they received my order nor was I contacted when it shipped (receiving this type of notification/confirmation from a seller is common on most other online websites). Body: I ordered a dump trailer from Country Manufacturing. The
price was a special if ordered on-line. This was a huge savings.
The product was delivered promptly but required my assistance
to unload. The manufacture told me this in advance. However, I
used my pallet fork Tractor to do it. If I did not have one, the
unloading would have been difficult. The product required assembly.
The instructions were acceptable. They did leave out two steps.
They were easy to identify and perform. (Some bolts that needed
to be installed.) The wheels needed to be greased prior to use.
The instruction did not cover this. Failure to do so could result
in bearing damage. The trailer is set up to covert to hydraulics.
I did this. If not done, the value as a dump trailer would be
lost as there is no manual way to dump it. Overall, I am very
pleased with the product and service.

Body: I feel that the overall design of this unit is good, but
quality control must not be a part of the process. First off,
it is obvious that this unit is an import. I recieved hardware
that I did not need, and was missing hardware that was required
to assemble the unit. The treated lumber on two pieces were so
short that they had to be replaced to be functional. On the corners
of the bed where the corner posts fasten to support the side rails,
three corners had welded metric nuts of one size and the other
had a metric nut threaded for a smaller size. Thank goodness I
own a machine shop and fab shop or I would not have been able
to assemble this unit without outside help. Also it took a rather
long time for this unit to arrive. Im going to guess a little
over two weeks. It is a crying shame that a little American pride
was not a part of this companies process, because I do feel that
I now have a very useful product. I would not recomend buying
from this company at this time.

but a short call to the manufacturer cleared up the issue very
